Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations and rescheduling are permitted up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment at no charge.
Delivered Consultations
Consultations that have already been delivered are generally non-refundable, as the service has been rendered.
Missed Appointments
Missed appointments without prior notice are non-refundable. Please contact us in advance if you cannot attend.
Technical Issues
If a session cannot be delivered due to technical issues on our side, we will reschedule the session or, where appropriate, issue a refund.
